We believe there is an opportunity to:

  1. Increase the amount and quality of employment space on the site.
  2. Provide a mix of flexible office space to suit a variety of small and medium-sized businesses.
  3. Create a new publicly-accessible courtyard and a route between Sumner Street and Park Street.
  4. Deliver attractive and well-designed new buildings that are respectful of our neighbours.
  5. Widen the pavement along Sumner Street and Park Street.
